On behalf of the president of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, it is our great pleasure and honor to invite you to the Structural health monitoring & Engineering Structures held on 20-21 July 2023 in Da Nang City.
The objective of the conference is to bring together international scientists and engineers in academia and industry in fields related to Structural Health Monitoring and engineering structures. The conference covers industrial engineering applications of the above topics including theoretical and analytical methods, numerical simulations and experimental techniques.
One of the aims of a conference is to promote cooperation between international scientists and engineers from a large number of disciplines, who are involved in research related to Structural Health Monitoring and engineering structures.
We look forward to warmly welcoming you next July in Da Nang City – our most beautiful seaside city in Vietnam known as “the most livable city in Vietnam”!

Prof. Amir H Gandomi
Prof. Gandomi is currently a professor at the University of Technology Sydney and a distinguished professor at Obuda University. He has received many awards, such as the 2022 Huber Award from ASCE. He has served as an editor in several prestigious journals such as AE of IEEE Networks and IEEE IoTJ.
Prof. Liew Jat Yuen, Richard
Prof. Liew is a Professor and Head of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the National University of Singapore. He has authored and co-authored more than 400 scientific papers.
